The noise from the nearby nightlife can be disruptive, especially if you're looking for a restful night. The air conditioning is effective, but the lack of proper reception can be confusing for first-time visitors. It has a cozy atmosphere and an engaging breakfast.

Noise from nearby bars is disruptive to a peaceful night's sleep!!! Small room sizes make long stays uncomfortable!!! Plumbing issues such as slow-draining showers can ruin your relaxation time!!! Limited toiletries do not meet basic expectations!!!

The hotel was quirky and immaculately clean, it had very good wi-fi, its location was amazing very close to the tram. Location: the property was not far from a winding lane in a touristy and the center of the shopping / restaurant area and the lake and trains.

Liked our room that was nicely furnished and brand-new. The bed was very clean, and the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The services were very good, offered us very good free Wi-Fi.

The location was super convenient, we could walk everywhere easy. Staff were friendly and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Breakfast was ok, not too much selection but it did the job. The room size was comfy enough for us as a couple. Check-in was quick through the restaurant, fine.

The Superior Double Room was cozy, and the bed was super comfy, a win after a day of exploring Zurich. I also loved having nice air conditioning. The only downside was the noise from the bar below. It was a bit loud at night but manageable. It was nice.

The location offered great access to nearby attractions. The room wasnice and neat, with effective air conditioning essential on warmer days. Guests should also be prepared for the reception being located within the restaurant, which might catch some off guard.

The hotel is in the most gorgeous area of old town, just a 6-minute walk to the train station. The family-run vibe is lovely, and the european breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed the tons of nearby bars and restaurants.

Great air conditioning, but staff wouldn't let us sit in the restaurant while waiting.

I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortable, though the back entrance felt a bit odd.
